How to check if ref. AS0015925 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference AS0015925. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.

- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump AS0015925 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators are not heating or are heating much less than before, even though the boiler ignites properly.
Cause: The pump does not move enough water through the circuit, and the heat does not reach the more distant emitters.
With the boiler running, touch the body of the pump: if it is cold or barely warm, it is likely not circulating water.
- 02
There is a buzzing or strange noise coming from the pump area, especially when starting the heating.
Cause: The impeller rotates with difficulty due to air in the circuit or internal wear, and this generates noise.
Bleed the radiators and the automatic bleeder of the boiler before assuming that the noise is coming from the pump.
- 03
After the summer without using the heating, the boiler is showing a fault and won't start.
Cause: The pump shaft gets stuck due to accumulated limescale when it has been idle for months.
With the boiler turned off and cold, locate the central screw of the pump shaft and check if it turns by hand with a flat screwdriver.
- 04
The boiler shows a circulation or pressure fault while in heating mode.
Cause: The control unit does not detect sufficient water flow and locks the equipment to prevent damage to the heat exchanger.
Check that the circuit pressure is normal and that the radiator and circuit valves are open.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
