How to check if ref. AS0015925 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference AS0015925. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump AS0015925 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiator takes a long time to heat up, or the water comes out lukewarm at several points in the installation.
Cause: The pump may be circulating with an insufficient flow rate for the installation.
Try setting the pump to maximum speed (position 3) before replacing it; in large installations, the low speed is insufficient.
- 02
The pump makes noise or vibrates, especially at one of the speeds.
Cause: The wear on the impeller or bearing is more noticeable when forcing the motor at a specific speed.
Compare the noise in all three positions before changing it; if it only makes noise in one, it might be enough to leave it at another speed.
- 03
The pump does not start after stopping the boiler in summer.
Cause: The impeller gets stuck due to sediment when it hasn't moved for months.
Try to free the shaft with a screwdriver in the front slot of the motor before replacing the pump.
- 04
Water is appearing at the base of the boiler near the pump.
Cause: The shaft seal loses its tightness over the years and begins to leak.
Clean and dry the area, and check in the following hours to see if moisture reappears before deciding to replace it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
