Check if the pump body vibrates or hums without the shaft rotating.

Cause: The rotor may be blocked by scale or rust, something common after a long shutdown in summer.
With the boiler unplugged, try to unlock the shaft with the front screw before replacing the part.

Noise or vibration in the circulator while operating.
Cause: It could be due to trapped air in the circuit or a rotor that is rubbing unevenly.
Bleed the radiators and the pump bleeder, and check the pressure of the system.

Water leak in the body or shaft of the pump.
Cause: The mechanical seal of the shaft has worn out and is not sealing properly.
Dry the area and check when cold if the dripping reappears after a while in operation.
