Cold radiators with the boiler on and no visible faults
Cause: The pump is spinning but not moving enough water, or it is not spinning at all.
Touch the pump casing: if it doesn't vibrate or feel warm, water is not circulating.

Water is appearing at the base of the boiler, near the pump.
Cause: The shaft or the housing of the pump may be leaking due to wear of the seal.
Dry the area and check in a few hours if the dripping reappears at that point.

The pump does not rotate and there is no vibration when starting it.
Cause: The rotor may be stuck, which is common if the boiler has not been in operation for a while.
With the boiler cold and disconnected, try to free the shaft with a screwdriver on the central screw.
