The heating is not working even though the boiler ignites and the burner operates.
Cause: The circulator is not moving the water through the circuit, so the heat remains in the heat exchanger and does not reach the radiators.
Touch the pump's outlet pipe with the boiler on: if it is cold while the inlet pipe is hot, the water is not circulating.

There is a buzzing sound in the pump area, but the radiators remain cold.
Cause: The rotor may have seized due to scale or from the summer shutdown, although the motor is still receiving power.
With the boiler turned off and cold, try turning the shaft by hand through the slot of the front screw before replacing it.

The boiler shuts down by itself after a few minutes, indicating a circulation or differential pressure fault.
Cause: If the pump rotates slower than it should for the selected speed, the flow rate falls below the minimum required by the control unit.
Check the position (speed I or II) of the selector before declaring the pump faulty.

The radiators at the end of the installation remain cold even though the first ones heat up well.
Cause: A circulator that has lost pumping power is unable to overcome the pressure drop of the entire circuit.
Bleed the radiators and check the pressure of the expansion vessel before blaming the pump.
