Fault codes related to this part (not the entire boiler). They usually have more possible causes: first rule out electrodes, wiring/connections, and gas supply. Verified with ≥3 sources.

CodeWhat does it mean?Cause and diagnosis (this part)
F.20Safety shutdown: temperature limiter. If the circulating pump is blocked or has insufficient performance, there is no circulation in the primary circuit and the heat exchanger overheats, activating the limiter. Check that the pump is rotating and receiving power by forcing it from the bleed/diagnostic mode and checking flow/ΔT.
F.23Safety shutdown: excessive temperature variation (flow/return).A blocked circulator or one with reduced power increases the ΔT between flow and return to unacceptable values. Check the ΔT and circulation by activating the pump in diagnostic mode and verifying its electrical/mechanical operation.
F.24Safety shutdown: temperature increase too rapid. If the pump does not ensure the flow rate, the flow NTC sensor registers a temperature rise that is too rapid, and the unit locks out. Verify the pump's start-up/consumption and actual flow rate using the bleed/diagnostic mode and bleed the circuit.
F.75Fault: no pressure change detected when the pump starts. With the circulator faulty or blocked, activating it does not result in the pressure increase that the sensor should read. Force the start from diagnostics and check pressure/flow variation and pump power supply.
How do I know if this pump is for my boiler?
Verify the reference 0010030644 and ensure your model is on the list of compatible ones; compare connections and dimensions. Install a Wilo HB 15/7-3 pump.
Which models is it suitable for?
Pump shared by various models (see Compatibility). If your model does not appear, send us a photo and we will confirm it.
My boiler is making noise or the water isn't circulating, is it the pump?
Typical pump symptoms: noise or humming, rotor seized after a long stop, radiators not heating evenly, or shutdowns due to overheating. Check that the rotor turns and that the circuit bleeds properly.
Do you need to bleed it after changing it?
Yes. After installation, bleed the air from the circuit and the pump itself, and check the pressure at 1–1.5 bar with the boiler cold.
What pump does it exactly have?
Install a Wilo HB 15/7-3 pump. Compare the body, connections, and electrical connector with the original before installing.
What does refurbished mean and what coverage does it have?
Part removed from a boiler out of service, inspected and tested. Includes 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy. Delivery within 2–4 working days in the EU.
