The boiler turns on but the radiators do not heat, or they heat very slowly.
Cause: The pump is not circulating water through the heating circuit even though the boiler is generating heat.
Check if the pump vibrates or hums without moving: it may be stuck, not faulty, and it would be enough to unlock it.

Buzzing or rattling noise in the pump area
Cause: A worn bearing or air in the circuit causes the motor to operate with friction or cavitation.
Bleed the air from the circuit and from the pump body itself before considering the pump faulty.

The pump does not start after the summer or after a long period of inactivity.
Cause: The shaft gets stuck due to sediment or lime when it hasn't turned for a while.
Try to manually unlock the shaft with a screwdriver on the front rotor screw, as indicated by the manufacturer.

The boiler is losing heating rhythm or taking longer than usual to increase temperature.
Cause: The pump is operating at a lower speed than it should be due to a fault in the winding of that speed.
Test the three speeds one by one if the selector allows it, to see if only one fails or the entire motor.
