If the boiler heats well but there is no DHW, the most common causes are: Defective DHW NTC sensor (E32), blocked plate heat exchanger (limestone in hard water areas like Madrid) or stuck 3-way valve In heating mode. If there is low water pressure at the tap, check the flow meter.
Annual inspection according to the manufacturer and the current RITE regulations in Spain. Includes cleaning of the burner and heat exchanger, verification of pressure and tightness, checking of evacuation, and issuance of the official certificate.
