The Baxi Neodens iPlus 28/28 F boiler is a wall-mounted instantaneous mixed boiler with a nominal output power of 24.0 kW for heating at 80/60 °C, 26.1 kW at 50/30 °C, and 28.0 kW of nominal output for domestic hot water. In hot water, it delivers 16.1 l/min at ΔT 25 °C and 11.5 l/min at ΔT 35 °C.

The main production of domestic hot water is instantaneous through an integrated plate heat exchanger; micro-accumulation improves the initial response. The body measures 700 x 395 x 285 mm and has an 8 l expansion vessel for heating. The installation is wall-mounted and the regulation allows for modulating control, OpenTherm, and BAXI CONNECT through the provided connections.

Can it supply two showers of 8 l/min at the same time?

With two showers of 8 l/min (16 l/min) and inlet water at 10 °C heated to 45 °C, the temperature difference is ΔT 35 °C. This variant delivers 11.5 l/min, so it is not sufficient to maintain two simultaneous showers of 8 l/min under those conditions. For a single shower of 8 l/min, there is available flow; the inlet temperature and network pressure determine the actual result.

Is it instantaneous or does it have a domestic hot water storage tank?

The main production of domestic hot water is instantaneous through an integrated plate heat exchanger. Micro-accumulation improves the initial response but does not replace a large-volume storage water heater. The 8 l expansion vessel belongs to the heating circuit and does not store water for showers.

What are its dimensions and how is it installed?

The unit measures 700 x 395 x 285 mm (height x width x depth). It is installed on a solid, smooth, and vertical wall, using its wall bracket; two people are needed to lift and hang it.
