  I can't increase the pressure even though I open the filling valve.

  Cause: The internal mechanism of the plug is not allowing water to pass because the shutter is stuck or worn out.

  Check that the network pressure reaches the tap by first opening the main valve of the house.

• 02

  The boiler gradually loses pressure without any visible puddle.

  Cause: The valve does not seal properly and allows water to escape from the circuit to the network slowly.

  Close the main inlet valve and monitor the pressure gauge for a while to see if the pressure drop stops.

• 03

  The pressure rises on its own when the boiler heats, even with the valve closed.

  Cause: The internal seat of the valve does not close completely and allows water from the mains to flow into the circuit.

  Also close the main valve of the installation and check if the pressure gauge stabilizes.

• 04

  It is very difficult to turn the blue cap to open or close it.

  Cause: Lime and dirt in the water block the rotation of the mechanism over the years.

  Try to move it without forcing and check if there is visible scale on the thread before replacing it.

• 05

  There is a small drip at the base of the cap.

  Cause: The internal gasket has lost elasticity and is allowing water to pass through the body.

  Dry the area and check in both cold and hot conditions if the dripping persists before replacing the valve.
