  With the boiler unplugged, check the continuity of the fuse before replacing the complete PCB.

• 02

  The pump or the burner does not start even though the thermostat is calling for heat.

  Cause: The NAIS relays on the PCB do not switch and do not send the ignition command to those elements.

  Listen for the click of the relays when the demand is activated; its absence is a clear indication before changing the PCB.

• 03

  The boiler turns off by itself after a few minutes of operation.

  Cause: It may be due to a relay intermittently losing contact due to wear or overheating.

  Check if the cut coincides with the moment when the pump or the burner should activate, to narrow down which relay is faulty.

• 04

  The boiler does not respond to any controls or indicators, although it has power.

  Cause: The MYRRA transformer that powers the control electronics may have a damaged winding.

  Measure with a multimeter if there is voltage in the secondary of the transformer before replacing the PCB.
