• 01

  The control panel screen does not turn on or remains blank.

  Cause: The control panel needs to receive power to operate. If it does not receive power or there is an internal fault, the display does not activate.

  Check that the connector between the panel and the main PCB is properly seated and without bent pins before replacing the panel.

• 02

  The buttons or the remote control do not respond even though the screen appears normal.

  Cause: The panel keyboard can wear out or become damp, preventing the key presses from reaching the electronics.

  Test each button several times and note if any respond intermittently. If all fail, the issue may be with the entire panel.

  It is not possible to change the temperature or the time programs from the panel.

  Cause: The panel converts the pulses into commands for the main PCB. If this conversion fails, the boiler continues to operate with the last set values.

  Note if the boiler continues to heat normally even though you cannot modify anything from the panel. This indicates that the problem is with the panel and not with the power PCB.

• 04

  The panel shows a communication fault warning with the rest of the boiler.

  Cause: The panel and the main PCB communicate through an internal bus. A fault in this connection can generate a warning that does not always indicate that the panel is broken.

  Check the wiring or the connector between the panel and the main PCB before considering that the panel is faulty.
