  The boiler does not turn on, there are no lights or display, although there is power in the house.

  Cause: The PCB controls the internal power supply of the boiler; if it fails at its input, it does not supply power to the other components.

  Check if the fuse on the PCB is blown and verify that the boiler is receiving 230V at the input before replacing it.

  The boiler turns on and displays a screen, but the pump, the fan, or the gas valve do not work when heat is needed.

  Cause: The PCB has three relays that send the command to those components; if one is damaged, the logic works but the output does not activate.

  With a multimeter, measure if there is voltage at the corresponding output when the boiler requests that component, before considering the PCB as faulty.

  The boiler turns off by itself after a few minutes of operation, without a clear pattern.

  Cause: Micro-cuts in the solder joints or traces of the PCB, damaged by heat, generate erratic readings that cause a safety lockout.

  Note if the cut always occurs at the same point in the cycle (start, modulation, stop) before changing the PCB.

  The thermostat or the boiler control stops communicating, or does so intermittently.

  Cause: The PCB manages communication with the control; a fault in it can interrupt or distort that communication.

  Check the communication wiring and try connecting the boiler in manual mode to rule out issues with the control before replacing the PCB.
