• 01

  The boiler won't start and not a single light turns on, as if it has no power.

  Cause: The safety transformer of the PCB is not supplying the necessary current to the rest of the circuit.

  Check that the boiler has 230V at the input and that the internal fuse is not blown before replacing the PCB.

• 02

  It gets stuck with a fixed fault code and does not respond to resets.

  Cause: The PCB interprets a safety signal (flame, pressure, or temperature) out of range and does not release the ignition.

  Note the fault code and check the pressure switch and the sensor before considering the PCB as the culprit: they are the most common causes of blockage.

• 03

  The pump or the burner does not start even though a click can be heard inside the boiler.

  Cause: A relay on the PCB switches but does not properly close the contact that powers the component.

  Listen for the click to repeat several times in a row without result: it is a clear indication of a faulty relay on the PCB.

• 04

  The boiler works well for a while and then stops on its own, and starts up again without you having touched anything.

  Cause: An intermittent fault on the PCB, due to soldering or a component that overheats, disrupts the cycle randomly.

  Note after how much time of use it stops: if it coincides with the boiler being hot for a while, it points to a thermal problem with the PCB.
