  Cause: One of the relays on the PCB is stuck and does not open the contact, so the component continues to receive power.

  Listen for the click of the relays when starting and stopping the boiler; if one doesn't make a sound or gets stuck, that's where the fault is before replacing the entire PCB.

  The boiler does not start the burner even though the rest of the functions are working normally.

  Cause: The relay that gives the ignition command does not close the contact and the signal does not reach the gas valve.

  Measure with the multimeter if there is continuity in the corresponding relay at the moment the boiler attempts to ignite.

  Repeated clicking sounds are heard in the boiler without anything happening.

  Cause: A faulty relay switches several times trying to close the contact without success.

  Locate which relay the noise is coming from (they are identified on the PCB) to confirm which one is faulty before deciding on the replacement.

  Different functions gradually stop responding: first the pump, then the fan.

  Cause: The relays degrade one by one with use and fail at different times.

  Note the order in which the components stop functioning; if it coincides with different relays, confirm it before replacing the entire PCB.
