F6Flame detection with the burner off (false flame/persistent flame).The gas valve does not close completely and allows gas to pass, maintaining a flame when it shouldn't; check the valve's tightness at rest (manometer on the manifold) and ensure that when the demand is cut, the pressure in the manifold drops to 0 and there is no residual control voltage to the solenoid valves.
