  The tap leaks water when operated, even if only for a moment.

  Cause: The internal plastic closure does not fit well when moving the lever and allows water to pass through.

  Turn the lever slowly and observe if the leak appears only when moving the lever or also when it is stationary; this helps to identify if it is the gasket or the shaft.

  It doesn't seal properly after filling and continues to drip afterwards.

  Cause: The closing seat is worn out and does not properly stop the flow of water.

  Dry the area, close it completely, and check after a few minutes if moisture reappears before replacing the part.

  It is difficult to turn the handle; you have to apply force.

  Cause: The scale or dirt in the circuit has blocked the internal mechanism.

  Try to move the handle gently; if it is completely stuck, do not force it, as you could break the plastic body.

  The pressure in the circuit does not recover when refilling.

  Cause: The key does not open completely or the internal passage is blocked.

  Check first that the mains valve is open and that the filling hose is not bent or pinched.
