  You open the filling valve and the pressure does not increase on the pressure gauge.

  Cause: The valve is blocked or does not open completely, so water does not enter the circuit.

  Make sure that the main water shut-off valve of the house is open before turning on the filling valve due to a fault.

  Water is leaking from the body of the valve or the connection fitting.

  Cause: The tightness of the body or the connection with the pipe has been lost with use.

  Tighten the fitting with the appropriate wrench without over-tightening; if the leak persists after tightening, the problem is with the wrench.

  After refilling, the valve continues to leak water and doesn't close completely.

  Cause: The internal shutter does not seat properly and allows a minimal continuous flow of water.

  Close it tightly and mark the position of the knob; if the pressure gauge continues to rise after a while, it is not sealing properly.

  The knob turns and turns but you don't notice it doing anything.

  Cause: The mechanism has become detached from the knob, and it spins freely without engaging the opening or closing.

  Turn the knob slowly while observing the pressure gauge; if there is no reaction throughout the entire range, the coupling is broken.
