  Cause: The blue cap and the body of the valve are responsible for closing the water flow. If the internal seat is worn, it does not seal properly.

  Turn the blue cap until you feel a firm stop and wait a few minutes before considering that the key is faulty.

  The blue cap or the body of the valve is broken and cannot be operated.

  Cause: It is a part that is used occasionally. If it hasn't been moved for years, the plastic of the cap can become brittle and break when forced.

  Do not force with tools if you feel hard resistance. First, try with your hand and apply a few drops of degreaser on the thread.

  It is not known if the valve is open or closed.

  Cause: The metal collar and the blue cap are the only visual references for the position in this model.

  Mark the current position before manipulating it to avoid accidentally emptying the circuit by thinking it is closed.
