  When opening the filling valve, the pressure gauge does not move or rises very slowly.

  Cause: The valve is blocked or does not open enough to allow water to pass through.

  Check that the water supply valve to the house is open and that the mains pressure is normal.

  You can see water or moisture around the body of the valve or at the fitting.

  Cause: The plastic body or the joint of the connection has a leak.

  Dry the area and carefully tighten the fitting; if the dripping continues after tightening, the leak is from the valve.

  You fill the boiler and after a while the pressure keeps rising on its own, as if the valve isn't closing.

  Cause: The shutter does not close properly and allows water to pass through.

  Close it tightly, wait a few minutes, and check if the pressure gauge stabilizes; if it keeps rising, it is not closing properly.

  The knob turns without any stop or resistance.

  Cause: The metal ring or the knob shaft has come loose.

  Hold the body of the valve with one hand and slowly move the knob; if it doesn't transmit force to the mechanism, it is disengaged.
