  The boiler shows no signs of life: no indicators, no display, no startup noise.

  Cause: The PCB is not receiving power at its input or its internal power supply stage has been damaged, so no power is reaching anything.

  With the boiler plugged in, use a multimeter to check that 230V are entering the PCB and check if there is a visible blown fuse before replacing it.

  The display shows a different fault code each time, without corresponding to any real fault with the burner or the sensors.

  Cause: The control electronics are misinterpreting the signals it receives and causing lockouts that do not correspond to the installation.

  Note the codes that appear and reset; if they change without a pattern and the components they indicate are fine, the fault points to the PCB.

  It turns on, runs for a while, and then stops by itself; sometimes it restarts as if you had turned it off and on again.

  Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB, such as a cold solder joint or an overheating component, causes it to momentarily lose control.

  Check if the shutdown coincides with the boiler being on for a while or with hitting the casing; this indicates a loose solder joint on the PCB.

  With the boiler turned off, the pump or the fan keeps running and there's no way to stop them.

  Cause: A relay on the PCB has stuck and continues to send current to that output even though the control says to stop.

  Disconnect the pump connector with the boiler turned off and check if there is still voltage at that point; if there is, the relay on the PCB is the culprit.
