Symptoms and faults that the PCB 61002711 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
There is no spark or attempt to ignite; lock LED is on.
Cause: Fault in the PCB or lack of power/blown fuse.
Check the 230 V input, 2 A/250 V fuse, and ensure that the ignition module receives a signal from the PCB.
- 02
Spark is present but the gas valve does not open; there is no flame.
Cause: Faulty gas relay/control on PCB or safety in open series.
Check the continuity of the thermostat at 105 °C, smoke sensor at 80 °C, and minimum pressure switch; if they are OK and there is no control voltage, suspect the PCB.
- 03
Intermittent lockouts with a red LED and the need for a reset.
Cause: Control fault on PCB or actual safety trip.
Check probable causes (overheating/ventilation) and rule out hydraulic causes; if it persists without an external cause, PCB.
- 04
The pump works, but there is no ignition sequence.
Cause: Logical fault of the PCB (TTL 200 I) or incoherent signal input.
Check sensors, flow and pressure switch; if inputs are correct and it does not start the sequence, the PCB is faulty.
- 05
A 2 A fuse keeps blowing repeatedly.
Cause: Short circuit on the PCB or on peripherals powered by it.
Isolate loads (igniter, gas valve, pump) and measure consumption; if it continues to blow fuses with loads disconnected, PCB.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

- Work on the boiler without power and turn off the gas before intervening.
- Download static electricity and avoid short circuits when handling the PCB.
- The flue circuit and the safety thermostats are not bridged; their continuity is only checked.
- Replace gaskets and single-use components after disassembly.
- Check the tightness and evacuation of combustion products at the end.
- Do not replace with 61002907 (model FF); it is not compatible with CF.
- After the change, check the settings and the correct operation of ignition/ionization.
