  With the boiler off, check that the pump spins freely when pushed by hand before ruling out the PCB.

  The boiler works intermittently: sometimes it starts up fine and other times it stops halfway.

  Cause: A relay that makes poor contact or sticks causes the power-on command to arrive intermittently.

  Note when the fault occurs (start-up, heating, shutdown) to narrow down which relay and which load are involved.

• 03

  The PCB receives power, but the boiler does not respond to any command.

  Cause: If none of the three relays switched, the PCB is not controlling any of the connected loads.

  Check that the fuses in the installation and on the PCB itself are not blown before replacing it.
