Junkers Euromaxx ZC / ZWC 24-28 Pressure Gauge Ref. 8716771600
Pressure gauge for boiler, white dial with a scale from 0 to 4 bar, green zone between 1 and 2 bar, and yellow needle. The manufacturer of the component or a legible reference code has not been identified in the photos. It should be checked or replaced when the needle does not move, consistently reads outside the green zone, or there is a leak at its connection.

How to check if ref. 8716771600 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Locate the reference printed on the body of the pressure gauge you have installed: it should indicate 8716771600.
- Check your boiler model on the nameplate and look for it in the list of compatible models on this page.
- Compare the connections and the body with the original part before installing.
- If you have any doubts, send us a photo of the screen printing via WhatsApp and we'll confirm it for you before you purchase.
Symptoms and faults resolved by pressure gauge 8716771600
The pressure gauge shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
The yellow needle does not move, whether you open the filling tap or bleed a radiator.
Cause: The internal mechanism has seized and lost the ability to follow the pressure changes in the circuit.
Try bleeding and refilling water while observing the needle in real-time; if it doesn't react at any point, the part is not transmitting the pressure.
The boiler operates normally, but the pressure gauge continuously moves out of the green zone.
Cause: The sensor element has become uncalibrated and no longer accurately reflects the actual pressure, even though the circuit is fine.
Check that there are no visible leaks in radiators or bleed valves before relying solely on the pressure gauge reading.
You notice that you have to refill the boiler with water very often because the pressure gauge always shows low pressure.
Cause: If the reading continuously drops even after refilling, the pressure gauge might be giving a false reading below the actual one.
Mark the level after refueling and monitor if it drops within hours without any visible leaks in the installation; if it only drops on the pressure gauge and there's no water on the floor, suspect the part.
Water is dripping right where the pressure gauge connects to the boiler.
Cause: The sealing gasket of the connection has degraded and is allowing water to pass through the thread.
Dry the area and tighten the connection carefully without forcing it; if the dripping persists after tightening, the internal gasket is deteriorated.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
