The NGC 24/30 provides 2.4 l/min specific EN 625 more than the 24/25, around an additional 20% in that measure. It maintains the same body of 710 x 400 x 300 mm and the same heating limits. Its advantage when comparing both models is the greater domestic hot water capacity, not a larger living area.

The declared domestic hot water power is 30 kW; the nominal thermal load QnW is 30.6 kW and should not be confused with the delivered power. For heating, it operates between 3 and 24 kW at 80/60 °C and between 3.3 and 24.7 kW at 50/30 °C. Checking the minimum helps to avoid a choice based solely on the maximum advertised.

Incorporates aluminum/silicon heat exchanger and HMI 300 control. The removable panels facilitate technical access, provided that service space is left. It is supplied for natural gas; adaptation to propane requires the appropriate kit and professional intervention. Transformation, installation, and optional controls are not assumed to be included with the equipment.

Does the Neckar NGC 24/30 work for a house of 150 m²?

It has up to 24 kW of heating at 80/60 °C. For example, 150 m² with assumed losses of 80 W/m² would require 12 kW. This is not a surface certified by Neckar: insulation, climate, ventilation, and emitters change the actual load. Its minimum is 3 kW under those conditions; if the demand drops below that level, it may turn on and off in cycles. The NGC 24/25 has the same heating range, so choosing between the two depends especially on the domestic hot water consumption.

Can the NGC 24/30 supply water to two showers simultaneously?

Its specific flow rate is 14.3 l/min according to EN 625. Two showers of 8 l/min would consume a total of 16 l/min, but it is not correct to directly compare that mixed consumption at the taps with a normalized figure without checking the temperature. The technical sheet does not indicate the temperature rise along with the flow rate. To ensure simultaneous use, it is necessary to know the inlet temperature, the set point, the consumption of both showers, and the available pressure. Compared to the 11.9 l/min of the 24/25, it offers more domestic hot water capacity; it does not guarantee two showers either.

Does the NGC 24/30 have a 6-liter domestic hot water tank?

No: the 6 liters correspond to the heating expansion vessel, not to a water reserve for showers. There is no accredited domestic hot water storage capacity for this version in the technical sheet, so it should not be sized considering that tank. If you need several prolonged usages, compare the domestic hot water flow rate and a storage solution specifically designed for that purpose.

Does the Neckar NGC 24/30 fit in the cabinet of my current boiler?

The body measures 710 mm in height, 400 mm in width, and 300 mm in depth. A space with those exact measurements is not enough: it needs room for connections, drainage, and maintenance. The panels can be removed to access the interior, and that access must remain available. Before replacing another boiler, also check the position of the pipes and the flue route; sharing dimensions does not guarantee a direct replacement.

What changes between the Neckar NGC 24/30 and the 24/25?

Both have heating from 3 to 24 kW at 80/60 °C and dimensions of 710 x 400 x 300 mm. The 24/30 specifies 30 kW of domestic hot water and 14.3 l/min according to EN 625; the 24/25, 25 kW and 11.9 l/min. The 24/30 increases the capacity for hot water, but not the maximum heating output or size. Therefore, it is advisable to decide based on the sanitary demand and not associate the number 30 with a larger house.

How much noise does the NGC 24/30 make and where is it advisable to place it?

The declared sound power level is 42 dBA at minimum power and 45 dBA at maximum. This is not the noise that will be measured at a specific distance: walls, vibrations, pipes, and location influence what is heard. When installing it near bedrooms or rest areas, it is advisable to check fixings, vibration transmission, and maintenance access with the installer.
