The Saunier Duval IsoFast MiConnect H-Condens MA 36-CF/1-CfI (N-INT) is a wall-mounted condensing boiler for natural gas. Its professional sheet states a useful heating power of 3.0 to 25.0 kW at 80/60 °C and 3.2 to 26.5 kW at 50/30 °C; the domestic hot water power is listed separately, with a range of 3.1 to 36.4 kW.

For domestic hot water, it incorporates 3 liters of MicroFast 3.0 micro-accumulation. Is a 36 kW boiler suitable for any home?

No. The technical sheet separates the domestic hot water output, from 3.1-36.4 kW, from the useful heating output, which reaches 25.0 kW at 80/60 °C. The commercial number cannot be converted into square meters: the installer must calculate the thermal load, check the emitters, and also verify the minimum output when only one zone is operating.

Can you keep two showers open at the same time?

It cannot be guaranteed solely with the data sheet. Two showers at 8 l/min require 16 l/min of mixed water, but the published 20.9 l/min corresponds to a ΔT of 25 °C with an inlet temperature of 10 °C. That figure alone does not guarantee two showers or a continuous flow in any installation. The comparison requires checking pressure, inlet and usage temperatures, faucets, and the actual demand of the system.

Does it have a domestic hot water storage tank or just comfort assistance?

It has 3 liters of MicroFast 3.0 micro-accumulation. It is a small reserve to improve the response and stability when opening a tap, not a large domestic hot water accumulator to sustain prolonged consumption. The 12 liters of the expansion vessel belong to the heating circuit and should not be counted as available hot water.

What space should I reserve for its installation?

The body measures 470 x 893 x 392 mm, width x height x depth. The provisional sketch on page 1 shows B=397 mm, while the dimensional table on page 2 indicates depth=392 mm; therefore, the tabulated measurement is proposed and a cabinet with a single figure is not decided. Connections, drainage, support, and maintenance access require professional verification: these dimensions do not guarantee a safe gap.

Is it compatible with propane or with another IsoFast variant?

For this N-INT column, the technical sheet indicates natural gas and propane conversion not available. Compatibility, power, or flow of the IsoFast MA 35-CS/1 (N-ES), or any other gas variant, should not be transferred without a reference and documentation that expressly cover it.

What regulation and connectivity correspond to this CfI?

The technical sheet identifies the CfI (N-INT) configuration with MiSet Radio and MiGo Link as standard; the SfI column uses MiPro Sense Radio. The difference is not interchangeable and the heating class published with MiSet is A. Zoning accessories or an external sensor are not included unless the offer specifies them.
