The Cointra Superlative Supra 24 C combines heating and domestic hot water in a unit with a depth of 25 cm. It modulates from 4.1 to 20 kW in heating at 80/60 °C and achieves 24.3 kW useful in DHW, with a flow rate of 14 l/min at ΔT 25 °C. It is the lowest power alternative in the Supra range for homes whose thermal load fits within that range. Its dimensions of 700 × 420 × 250 mm and weight of 27 kg make it easy to compare the available space with that of the boiler it replaces. It features a stainless steel heat exchanger and an 8-liter heating expansion vessel. The domestic water is prepared by circulating through the unit: it does not include a storage tank for reserving water from showers. The reference V0TPF2AWM identifies the boiler. The manufacturer's complete set with standard flue outlet has the reference V16971. Installation not included. VAT and mainland shipping included.

The Cointra Superlative Supra 24 C combines heating and hot water in a body 25 cm deep. It modulates from 4.1 to 20 kW in heating at 80/60 °C and reaches 24.3 kW useful in domestic hot water, with a flow rate of 14 l/min at ΔT 25 °C.

Domestic hot water is prepared by circulating through the unit: it does not include a storage tank for reserving water for showers.

The Eco and Comfort modes allow prioritizing savings or quick domestic hot water response. For a regularly used bathroom, it is important to check the actual flow rate of the shower; for two simultaneous showers, the 14 l/min of this model may be insufficient. The Supra 28 C increases the flow rate without changing the dimensions of the body.

What to check before installing this boiler

The choice of equipment does not replace the inspection of the installation by a qualified professional.

  1. Confirm the model and commercial reference, the type of gas, and the supply configuration in the manufacturer's documentation.
  2. Ask a qualified installer to assess the heating and domestic hot water demand; compare measured flow rates at the same temperature difference.
  3. Check dimensions, connections, flue gas evacuation, condensate drainage, and controls compatible with the existing installation.
  4. Confirm the included accessories and the delivery time before scheduling the installation. The online purchase of the equipment does not include installation or commissioning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions: V0TPF2AWM condensing boilers

Is it suitable for an apartment of 100 m²?
It can cover it if the calculated thermal load fits within its 4.1–20 kW at 80/60 °C. For example, 100 m² with a demand of 80 W/m² require 8 kW. This is a calculation hypothesis, not a certified area; the minimum demand and the emitters must also be checked.
Can I use two showers of 8 l/min at the same time?
Not at full flow: joints require 16 l/min, more than the 14 l/min declared at ΔT 25 °C. With inlet water at 10 °C and outlet at 40 °C, the indicative thermal calculation drops to 11.7 l/min. This estimate does not replace the manufacturer's testing.
Are the 8 liters a storage tank for showering?
No. They belong to the expansion vessel of the heating circuit. The domestic hot water is instantaneous; there is no 8-liter sanitary reserve and the Comfort mode does not turn the unit into a boiler with a tank.
What do I gain by choosing the Supra 28 C instead of the 24 C?
The 28 C provides 16.1 l/min compared to 14 l/min at ΔT 25 °C, and a maximum heating output of 24 kW compared to 20 kW at 80/60 °C. Both measure 700 × 420 × 250 mm and weigh 27 kg. The main difference is the capacity, not the size.
Does it fit in a 30 cm deep cabinet?
The body has a depth of 25 cm, but that does not confirm that a 30 cm gap is installable. Access for maintenance and space for connections and drainage must be left. The installer must check the entire unit; it is not enough to measure the casing.
Does Eco mode stop producing hot water?
No. The boiler continues to meet the demand when a tap is opened. Comfort keeps the interior ready to reduce waiting time; Eco disables that preheating. Neither of the two modes adds a tank or increases the nominal flow rate of the Supra 24 C.
Does the price include installation and shipping?
Includes VAT and shipping to mainland Spain. Installation and adaptations are valued separately. The reference V0TPF2AWM identifies the boiler. The manufacturer's set with standard flue has the reference V16971. Installation not included.
