3-Way Valve Manaut Mura 24 E
The 3-way valve Biasi Mura 24 E is installed in the boilers of the Mura range. This part switches the water between the heating circuit and the domestic hot water circuit. When it fails, you will notice that there is hot water but no heating, or vice versa, and there may even be a mixing of both circuits. It is compatible with models such as Mura 24E, Midas 24E, Minox 24A, and others. It should be replaced when you observe these symptoms, as they will affect the performance of the boiler.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the 3-way valve resolves
The 3-way valve diverts water between heating and domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The hot water comes out in spurts, lukewarm, and the radiators remain hot even when the tap is open.
Cause: The valve does not give full priority to the hot water: the shutter remains halfway, distributing water between the two circuits.
With the tap open, touch the two pipes: if the heating pipe remains hot, the valve is not fully closing that passage.
- 02
The motor of the valve makes noise but stops halfway through and does not complete the rotation.
Cause: The internal gear is worn out, which is common after months of inactivity during the summer.
Listen to the motor when you open a hot water tap: if it starts and stops at the same point every time, the fault is mechanical, not electrical.
- 03
The heating never starts, although the domestic hot water works perfectly.
Cause: The shutter is stuck in the domestic hot water position and is not allowing flow to the heating circuit.
Check if the motor receives power when requesting heating; if it receives power and does not move the shaft, first check if it is seized due to scale.
- 04
The boiler displays a fault code for the valve or motor and locks out without starting.
Cause: The position microswitch does not confirm the status to the control unit, and it shuts off for safety.
Before replacing it, reset the boiler and check that the microswitch connector is properly seated.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
