Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler starts up and the main PCB seems to be functioning well, but a specific component (fan, pump, or gas valve) does not start.
Cause: This auxiliary PCB manages specific functions delegated by the main PCB, so a fault here only affects those functions.
Check the wiring and the connector between the main PCB and the auxiliary one, as it often comes loose due to vibrations from use.

A fault code appears on the display even though the rest of the boiler operates normally.
Cause: The auxiliary module reports its own faults through the main PCB, which is why the fault code appears even if the problem is in the auxiliary module.
Check the manual to see if that code is associated with the auxiliary module before replacing either of the two PCBs.

The fan does not start or runs irregularly when the boiler is turned on.
Cause: If the auxiliary fails, the rotation command does not reach the fan or arrives incorrectly, even if it is in good condition.
Disconnect the fan and check that it spins freely by hand; if the fault is electrical, it points more towards the PCB.

The flame rises and falls for no apparent reason, as if the boiler is losing control of the power.
Cause: The modulation depends on signals that in some models pass through the auxiliary before reaching the gas valve.
Check that the gas valve connector is properly fitted and free of corrosion before blaming the PCB.
