  Listen for the click of the relay when starting: if you hear it but the component does not respond, the relay is faulty.

  The boiler does not turn on and shows no signs, no lights or display.

  Cause: If the PCB does not distribute power to the other components, none receive current or start-up commands.

  Check the fuse on the PCB and verify that power is reaching the boiler before considering the PCB as faulty.

  The display shows a fixed fault code that does not clear even with the reset.

  Cause: The safety circuits of the PCB detect a problem and lock the boiler until it is resolved.

  Note the exact code: some indicate problems with the sensor, the pressure switch, or the flow meter, not necessarily with the PCB.

  The remote control or the control panel does not respond to any button press.

  Cause: If the microcontroller on the PCB does not start, it does not process user commands even if the keyboard is in good condition.

  Check the wiring between the panel and the PCB, and make sure there is no moisture before replacing the PCB.

  The boiler turns on and off by itself after a few seconds, repeatedly.

  Cause: A fault in the power stage of the PCB can interrupt the ignition command mid-cycle for safety reasons.

  First, rule out faults in the pressure switch or the NTC sensor, as they are much more common than a fault in the PCB in this case.
