  The boiler does not respond to anything: no indicators, no display, no attempt to ignite.

  Cause: The Honeywell PCB centralizes the power supply for the entire boiler; if it fails, no current reaches any component.

  First, check the fuse on the PCB and the input voltage of 230V before replacing it.

• 02

  The remote control or the programmer is unable to communicate with the boiler.

  Cause: The PCB manages the communication bus with the control; if that circuit fails, there is no dialogue between them.

  Test the control on another compatible boiler, if possible, to rule out that the fault is in the control itself and not in the PCB.

• 03

  The boiler turns on and off in a loop several times in a row, without stabilizing.

  Cause: A fault in the control electronics causes safety resets that interrupt the start-up cycle.

  Check for any blockage due to water pressure or flue gas evacuation before assuming it's the PCB.

• 04

  The fuse on the PCB blows again shortly after replacing it.

  Cause: A short circuit in a component connected to the PCB continues to demand more current than the fuse can handle.

  Before installing another fuse, disconnect the pump and gas valve and check if the fuse holds: this way you'll know if the problem is with the PCB or a peripheral.
