Ferroli New Elite F30 Honeywell PCB Ref. 45.066.749-004
The Ferroli New Elite boilers use the Ferroli New Elite F30 Honeywell PCB, which is responsible for controlling the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. If it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or exhibit erratic behavior. You may notice symptoms such as fault codes F10, F22, F25, F36, or F8. This board is compatible with models such as F24E, F30E, C24E, C30E, and VMC24E, among others. It should be replaced when these faults occur.

How to check if ref. 39809822 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 39809822. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 39809822 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not respond to the control panel: it does not turn on or show any activity on the screen.
Cause: The main PCB manages all the ignition logic and communication with the panel; if it fails, the boiler loses control.
Check that there is voltage reaching the PCB and that the input fuse is not blown before replacing it.
- 02
A fault code appears on the display that does not disappear even after you reset the boiler.
Cause: The PCB blocks operation when it detects a fault in any monitored component, such as the flame, pressure switch, or sensor.
Note the exact code and check in the manual which component it points to: it may indicate another faulty element and not the PCB.
- 03
The boiler ignites intermittently: sometimes it starts normally and other times it remains dead for no apparent reason.
Cause: A relay on the PCB may have degraded contacts and switch irregularly.
With the boiler running, gently tap the control panel: if the fault appears or disappears with the vibration, it points to a relay or a loose solder joint on the PCB.
- 04
The burner does not ignite even though the boiler starts the cycle normally (the pump and fan can be heard).
Cause: The ignition transformer mounted on the PCB generates the spark; if it fails, gas reaches the burner but there is no ignition.
Check if a spark is produced at the ignition electrode during the start attempt before declaring the PCB faulty.
Fault codes for Ferroli that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F10 | Microprocessor anomaly. | The microprocessor of the main PCB locks up or detects an internal error; after cutting and restoring power, if the fault persists, the board itself is the cause. Verify reset and, if it continues, replace/control the PCB. |
| F22 | Microprocessor anomaly. | Same diagnosis as F10: internal fault of the microcontroller on the PCB. Confirm by attempting a reset; if it persists, the main board is responsible and should be checked/replaced. |
| F25 | Software anomaly. | The firmware/software of the PCB is in an anomalous state. If the error persists after restarting the equipment, the board itself is the documented cause; verify and, if necessary, replace the PCB. |
| F36 | Anomaly in the PCB. | The self-diagnosis detects an internal fault in the PCB; with the electrical network correct, the solution indicated by the manufacturer is to replace the main control board. |
| F8 | There is no flame after the ignition phase. | In addition to gas/ionisation causes, the manual documents "control board anomaly"; if gas, electrodes, and grounding are correct, the control PCB is the probable cause and should be checked/replaced. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
