Measure with a multimeter if the fuse on the PCB is blown before considering the board as lost.

It turns on for a moment and then turns off, repeating the cycle over and over again.
Cause: The PCB aborts the startup at a specific point in the sequence due to an internal control fault.
Check at what exact moment it cuts off, before the flame, with the flame, or when modulating, to determine if it is the PCB or another component.

The boiler control does not respond to temperature changes.
Cause: The microcontroller on the PCB does not properly manage the signal received from the thermostat.
Try another thermostat or bypass the demand to rule out that the fault is in the control and not in the PCB.
