The boiler does not ignite, and the display does not light up.
Cause: The 125 mA fuse protects the PCB, and if it blows, it cuts off the power supply.
Measure with a multimeter if the fuse is blown before considering that the PCB is faulty; if it blows again after replacing it, the problem may be elsewhere in the installation.

The pump or the fan is not working even though the boiler seems to be receiving power.
Cause: The relays that control the pump and the fan may get stuck or not close properly.
Listen for the relay clicking when calling for heat; if you don't hear it, the relay is not functioning, and it's best to confirm this before replacing the PCB.

The boiler starts but shuts down by itself after a few minutes.
Cause: The transformer provides low voltage to the control electronics, and if its output drops due to heat, the control unit locks out for safety.
Measure the output voltage of the transformer with the boiler running and hot; if it drops significantly compared to when it is cold, there may be a thermal fault.

The fault code on the display changes or blinks irregularly.
Cause: A loose contact or solder joint on the PCB can cause erratic readings that the control unit interprets as different alerts.
Check if the fault changes when you gently tap the boiler or as it heats up; this behavior suggests a loose connection, not necessarily that the PCB is damaged.
