The boiler does not turn on: there are no lights, screen, or sound.
Cause: The PCB manages the power supply and control of the boiler; if it fails, there is no activity even if it receives power.
Check the fuse on the PCB and verify that the voltage is correctly reaching the input terminal block.

The display is flashing or showing a fixed fault code that does not change.
Cause: The electronics block the boiler when detecting an incorrect reading from one of the sensors.
Note the code and rule out water pressure and flue gas evacuation issues, which are the most common causes of blockage.

The remote control or the panel do not change the temperature or the operating mode.
Cause: The PCB interprets those commands; if the communication module fails, the boiler does not respond.
Turn off and on the boiler from the main switch before considering that the PCB is faulty.

The relays on the PCB are making repeated clicking sounds without the boiler starting.
Cause: A relay that does not close properly prevents the ignition or the pump from activating at the right moment.
