Cause: The PCB is not supplying voltage, so no component is activated.
Check the fuse on the PCB and verify that power is reaching the boiler before considering it faulty.

The boiler turns on for a moment and then shuts off by itself.
Cause: Damaged electronic components can cause intermittent operation failures.
Note if the shutdown coincides with the use of another device on the same electrical line before replacing the PCB.

The thermostat is calling for heat, but the boiler is not responding.
Cause: The PCB is not receiving the signal from the thermostat indicating that heat is needed.
Manually bridge the demand terminals on the terminal block to check if the boiler starts without the thermostat.

The boiler tries to start (fan noise, spark), but it does not activate the pump or the gas valve.
Cause: If the output relay on the PCB is damaged, there is no voltage reaching the pump or valve, even though the rest is functioning.
Measure with a multimeter if there is voltage at the output connector to the pump or to the valve when the boiler demands heat.
