  The boiler ignites and goes through its cycle, but the water does not seem to flow through the system.

  Cause: The rotor may be blocked or the winding damaged, so it does not generate thrust even though the motor receives power.

  Check if the pump body is hot and vibrates slightly when starting; if it is cold and without vibration, point to the pump before considering another cause.

  A buzzing or strange noise can be heard in the pump area with the boiler running.

  Cause: Air in the circuit, sediment, or a worn bearing causes the rotor not to spin smoothly and results in noticeable noise.

  Bleed the air from the system using the nearest bleed valve and check that there is no visible scale in the fitting before replacing the pump.

  The pump does not start or gets stuck, not rotating at any speed.

  Cause: The wet rotor gets stuck if it has been idle for a long time, which is typical after the summer without heating, due to scale buildup on the shaft.

  With the system depressurized and the pump unplugged, try to unlock the shaft with a screwdriver through the front slot before replacing it.
