    The pump does not start or does not rotate, especially after a long stop.

    Cause: The shaft has seized due to sediment buildup during inactivity.

    Unlock the shaft manually with a screwdriver in the front slot of the motor.

  • 04

    There is no noticeable difference between the two speeds of the pump.

    Cause: One of the windings of the motor has stopped working.

    Test both speed settings with the boiler running and compare noise and flow rate.
