Circulating Pump Motor Saunier Duval Themafast F 30 E H MOD Wilo HB15/6.7-2 Ref. S1061800
Wilo HB15/6.7-2 circulating pump motor, installed in Saunier Duval Themafast C/F 25 and 30 E H-MOD boilers. It circulates the heating circuit water between the boiler and the radiators, with two speeds (2500/2180 rpm). It is replaced when it leaks from the shaft, makes noise, gets blocked, or the boiler ignites but does not heat.

How to check if ref. S1061800 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference S1061800. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump S1061800 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators are cold or lukewarm even though the boiler starts up.
Cause: The pump motor is not moving the water, so the heat remains in the boiler and does not reach the system.
Check with a screwdriver in the central cap of the motor if the shaft turns freely; if it is stiff, it may be seized before replacing the entire pump.
- 02
The pump makes a buzzing sound or vibrates when starting.
Cause: It is usually a worn bearing or air inside the pump body, not always the entire motor.
Bleed the air from the circuit and from the pump itself before assuming that the noise is coming from the motor.
- 03
There is water dripping from the back of the motor, next to the shaft.
Cause: The mechanical seal that separates the motor from the water has worn out and no longer seals.
Dry the area well and check again after a heating cycle: if the drop reappears always at the same point, it confirms the leak at the shaft.
- 04
The boiler shows a circulation fault warning and locks out.
Cause: The control board detects that there is not enough flow and shuts off for safety, even though the motor receives power.
Check that the supply and return shut-off valves of the circuit are fully open before replacing the pump.
- 05
The pump does not start even though it is receiving power.
Cause: The rotor may be seized due to deposits or prolonged inactivity, without the motor being damaged.
With the boiler turned off, try turning the shaft by hand using the central screw; test it before ruling out the motor.
Fault codes from Saunier Duval that this spare part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F.23 | Safety shutdown due to excessive temperature difference (very reduced circulation). | If the circulating pump (S1061800) is blocked or not rotating, the flow rate drops: the supply heats up quickly and the return remains cold, triggering F.23. Check the voltage to the pump, consumption/start-up, and actual flow rate (bleeding or test program if applicable). |
| F.24 | Safety shutdown due to excessively rapid temperature increase (lack of circulation). | A faulty heating pump or one without flow causes a large rise gradient in the supply and triggers F.24. Check that the pump receives 230 V, starts, and that the system is correctly bled. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
