Is it suitable for a 150 m² house?

The surface area alone does not determine the model. For example, a calculated demand of 80 W/m² in 150 m² requires 12 kW, within the range of 3.4 to 24 kW at 80/60 °C. That assumption should be replaced by the actual load of the home; it is not a recommendation of square meters from the manufacturer. The choice against the 24 C may come from the higher flow rate of domestic hot water.

What improvement in hot water compared to the 24 C?

At a ΔT of 30 °C, it delivers 13.4 l/min compared to 11.7 l/min at 24 °C: 1.7 l/min more. At a ΔT of 25 °C, it goes from 14 to 16.1 l/min. It maintains the same dimensions, but it does not convert any installation of two bathrooms into a system suitable for two simultaneous showers.

Can it supply two showers at 8 l/min?

At 35 °C, it reaches 16.1 l/min from 10 °C, but at 40 °C it drops to 13.4 l/min; for two showers of 8 l/min at 40 °C, it is insufficient. The inlet and outlet temperatures are an example that applies the declared flow rates at ΔT 25 and 30 °C; the available pressure and flow must also be checked.

Does it have a domestic hot water accumulator?

Produces instantaneous domestic hot water using a plate heat exchanger, without a storage water heater. The expansion vessel belongs to the heating circuit and is not equivalent to a domestic hot water accumulator.
