Is it suitable for a large house of 300 m²?

Only if the loads and the system of the house justify its power. For example, 300 m² at 80 W/m² require 24 kW, which is below its maximum of 42.9 kW at 80/60 °C; therefore, the square meters alone are not enough to choose the 45 H over a smaller one. Its minimum of 6.3 kW at that regime also matters when few zones are operating. The example does not replace the calculation of the installation.

How is domestic hot water prepared?

The domestic hot water is prepared with an external accumulator connected via the sensor and the three-way valve provided for the system. The accumulator and its accessories are not deducted from the nominal power of the boiler.

Can it supply two showers at 8 l/min?

The boiler does not produce instantaneous domestic hot water. The result depends on the external accumulator, its volume, recovery, regulation, inlet temperature, and simultaneous use; the technical sheet of the boiler alone does not guarantee two showers.

Does it include a tank and what do the 350 liters in 10 minutes mean?

It does not include a sanitary tank. The 350 l/10 min stated in the table corresponds to the set with an external accumulator ECOUNIT of 200 or 300 l, not to the boiler alone or to a continuous flow of 35 l/min. The table does not specify temperatures for that data; it does not allow for guaranteeing a number of showers on its own.
