The Saunier Duval IsoMax Condens T35-CS/1-Cf combines a wall-mounted boiler with 42 liters of integrated domestic hot water storage. With natural gas, it provides 4.0-30.0 kW of useful heating at 80/60 °C and up to 32.5 kW at 50/30 °C. It allows for the consideration of a solution for a home with multiple hot water points when there is no space for an external storage tank.

The IsoDyn 3 technology and Smart eco mode organize the reserve load according to household usage. To assess its sanitary performance, it is important to distinguish the specific 23 l/min at ΔT 30 K from the 16 l/min limiter of the unit: they do not describe an unlimited continuous supply. The reserve assists during peak times, while inlet temperature, pressure, and simultaneous consumption determine the outcome in each bath.

The primary heat exchanger is made of stainless steel and the combustion is regulated by FlameFit. It declares a seasonal efficiency of 94% and a sanitary profile A/XL. The Cf variant differs from the Sf in its regulation configuration; the MiGo Link connectivity is optional. If the installation uses propane, it requires professional adaptation and its minimum heating power increases to 8 kW at 80/60 °C.

Its dimensions of 893 x 470 x 582 mm house the accumulator and two separate expansion vessels for heating and domestic hot water. Does the IsoMax T35 work for a 200 m² house with multiple zones?

If a loss of 80 W/m² is assumed, a house of 200 m² would require 16 kW, within the 4.0-30.0 kW useful range with natural gas at 80/60 °C. This is a calculation example, not a guaranteed surface area. Emitters and flow rates need to be sized, and the demand for each area should be reviewed: a small room may require less than the minimum 4 kW and cause cycling. The 35 in the name does not equate to 35 kW of heating. For zoning, the manufacturer recommends studying MiPro Sense Radio with the corresponding accessories, without attributing that regulation to the Cf variant.

Can it provide hot water to two showers at 8 l/min at the same time?

The 42-liter reserve allows for handling peak consumption, but it does not guarantee two showers for an unlimited time. Two showers at 8 l/min require 16 l/min of mixed water. The manual states 23 l/min specific at ΔT 30 K and a limiter of 16 l/min in the unit: these are not the same magnitude and do not prove a continuous flow. The technical sheet also offers 27.8 l/min with an inlet at 10 °C and ΔT 25 K, a different test. To assess actual usage, it is necessary to check the inlet temperature and pressure, setpoint, faucets, and reserve load. Shower minutes cannot be deduced by simply multiplying the volume of the tank.

Does it require an external tank and how does it adapt to the house's schedule?

Integrates 42 liters of domestic hot water storage IsoDyn 3 into the wall-mounted unit itself. There is no need to add an external tank to have that reserve. The Smart eco mode uses daily habits to prioritize comfort in some phases and savings in others; an unexpected consumption does not have to find the same reserve available as a usual one. The accumulator should not be confused with the expansion vessels of 12 liters in heating and 2 liters in domestic hot water. It also does not eliminate by itself the cold water that remains in the pipes until a distant bathroom.

Does it fit in a 60 cm kitchen cabinet and can it support a lightweight wall?

The body measures 893 x 470 x 582 mm, but these dimensions do not include the service space. The manual requires 50 mm on each side, 160 mm below, and 500 mm in front; above, 248 mm with a 60/100 duct, or the distance corresponding to the chosen system. A nominal module of 60 cm may lose space due to its panels, door, and connections. Additionally, it goes from 65 kg without water to 114 kg in operation: the wall capacity and anchors must be checked with a professional, not just decided based on the width of the furniture.

Does it work with propane and maintain the same minimum power?

It allows adaptation to propane through the specified parameters and a startup by qualified personnel; this is not an operation to be performed following the commercial sheet. With G31, the heating at 80/60 °C operates between 8.0 and 30.0 kW, compared to 4.0-30.0 kW with natural gas. At 50/30 °C, the minimum increases from 4.3 to 8.7 kW. This difference is significant in a well-insulated home or when only a small area is being heated. The same minimum or a modulation promise based on natural gas should not be applied to propane.

Does the Cf version include the same control as the Sf and is it operated via Wi-Fi?

They are different configurations: the manufacturer's technical sheet associates Cf with MiSet Radio and Sf with MiPro Sense Radio. Radio describes the communication of the control, not an Internet connection. MiGo Link is listed as an optional solution for mobile management. The A+ label depends on the combination of regulation and the specified external sensor, and is not unconditionally attributed to the device. Before contracting, the supply must identify control, sensor, connectivity, and included accessories; the name of the range does not alone certify a specific kit.
