Check if the loss of performance of the domestic hot water has been occurring over months; that slow pattern indicates aging of the heat exchanger, not a breakage.

By touch, the area where the heat exchanger is mounted feels much hotter than the rest of the boiler body.
Cause: If the fins are covered with limescale, heat is not transferred well to the water and accumulates in the metal of the heat exchanger.
With the boiler stopped and cold, remove the inspection cover if you can and check if the fins are white or covered in scale.

The pressure of the heating circuit increases when using the domestic hot water.
Cause: The coil separates the two circuits with a single metal wall; if it is perforated, it allows the mains water to mix with the heating water.
Compare the pressure on the manometer with the domestic hot water tap closed and then open; a clear increase indicates that there is a passage between circuits.
