• 01

  The boiler is not supplying power to anything, everything is off.

  Cause: The transformer on the PCB, which powers the rest of the circuit, has failed.

  Measure if there is power at the input of the PCB before assuming that the fault is internal.

• 02

  The boiler is working but in a mode different from what it should be.

  Cause: The configuration DIP switches on the PCB have changed position or are not making good contact.

  Check the position of the red DIP switches according to the installation manual before replacing the entire PCB.

• 03

  It turns on and after a few seconds it turns off without giving any fault code.

  Cause: A fault in the control circuit of the PCB interrupts the startup cycle for safety reasons.

  Repeat the ignition a couple of times and note if it stops at the same point in the cycle every time.

• 04

  There is no communication with the programmer or the remote control.

  Cause: The multipolar connector on the PCB is damaged or the communication circuit has failed.

  Check that the connector is properly seated and that there are no bent pins before replacing the PCB.
