The boiler locks out by itself a few minutes after starting to operate.
Cause: The PCB controls the safety of the equipment and cuts off the supply if it detects something abnormal.
Note if the lockout occurs consistently in the same phase (ignition, heating) to better identify the source.

There is no spark or ignition attempt when heat is requested.
Cause: The PCB sends the ignition command to the electrode and the gas valve; if it fails, there is no ignition attempt.
Check the electrode and its high voltage cable before blaming the PCB.

The boiler always operates at maximum power, it doesn't decrease even when it's not needed.
Cause: If the PCB does not send the correct signal to the gas valve, the modulation remains at maximum.
Check that the temperature sensor is properly connected and not damaged before replacing the PCB.
- 04
The fault indicator is flashing in a pattern that doesn't match any code in the Saunier Duval manual.
Cause: A blink that does not match the fault code table usually indicates a fault in the electronics that manages that signaling.
Count the blinks and pauses slowly several times; sometimes the code exists but is counted incorrectly the first time.
