  Cause: A contact or soldering fault on the PCB can intermittently cut off the power supply.

  With the boiler running, carefully move the connectors on the PCB to see if the cut occurs again when touching any cable.

  The boiler does not ignite and there are no LEDs or indicators active on the panel.

  Cause: If the transformer on the PCB does not deliver the necessary 24 V, no element of the panel can be activated.

  Measure with a multimeter if there is voltage at the output of the transformer on the PCB before declaring it faulty.

• 03

  The room thermostat is calling for heat, but the boiler is not responding.

  Cause: The PCB receives the signal from the thermostat and commands the start; if the input circuit fails, the demand does not activate anything.

  Check that the thermostat is working by directly bridging its terminals on the PCB before replacing it.
