First, check the temperature sensor and ensure that the heat exchanger is not scaled, as they can produce very similar symptoms.

The boiler is requesting heat, but neither the pump nor the fan are moving; everything remains still.
Cause: The PCB sends the start command to these components, and if that output is damaged, the command does not reach them even if the rest is functioning.
With the boiler turned off, manually check that the pump spins freely: if it is stuck, the problem is the pump, not the PCB.

The display shows an ignition fault even though the flame ignites properly.
Cause: The PCB interprets the ionization signal that confirms there is a flame, and if that reading fails, it shuts down the unit even if everything else is correct.

Cause: The transformer or the relays on the PCB, if they fail, intermittently cut off the power to the ignition cycle.
