  Cause: If the microprocessor or an input on the PCB fails intermittently, the alerts change with each attempt.

  The thermostat or the control does not manage to activate the boiler.

  Cause: The commands from the control unit go through the PCB before reaching the burner or the pump; if the communication fails, the command is lost.

  Check that the remote control has new batteries and that the bus cable is properly connected before replacing the PCB.

  The circulation pump does not start even though the boiler requests it.

  Cause: The PCB sends the command to the pump through one of its relays; if that relay fails, the pump does not activate.

  Use a multimeter to check if the pump is receiving power when the boiler should be turning it on; if it is not receiving anything, the command is not coming from the PCB.
