  The boiler does not start and no pilot light is lit on the panel.

  Cause: The PCB has a protection fuse (T630mA/250V); if it blows, it cuts off all power even if the rest of the circuit is fine.

  Visually check the fuse before purchasing the PCB: if it is blown, sometimes it is enough to replace it.

  A relay click is heard, but the boiler does not respond to the heating or domestic hot water command.

  Cause: The PCB has two OMRON G5Q-1 relays that switch the ignition; if one fails, the command does not reach the component that should be activated.

  Check if the clicking sound corresponds to the circuit that is failing (heating or domestic hot water) to narrow down the diagnosis.

  An error code appears on the display that does not change even after resetting the boiler.

  Cause: The printed circuit board of this PCB manages all the sensors; an internal fault remains fixed until the board is replaced.

  Note the exact code: in the ThemaClassic and Thema ranges, there are codes that indicate sensor or pressure switch, not the PCB.

  The boiler operates intermittently, stopping and starting on its own without any apparent reason.

  Cause: A relay or a circuit component degraded by use may fail sporadically before completely breaking down.

  Note when it occurs (cold start, after several hours of use) before replacing the PCB.
