• 01

  The boiler does not turn on or show any signs of life, not even the indicator on the panel lights up.

  Cause: The multifunction PCB manages the complete startup of the unit; if it does not receive power or there is a fault in the control circuit, the boiler does not respond.

  Check that 230V is reaching the PCB and that the internal fuse is not blown before replacing it.

  The control or thermostat is unable to start the boiler even though it is requesting heat.

  Cause: The PCB receives the demand signal and activates the other components; if the microcontroller does not process the signal, the unit does not respond.

  Check the connection of the thermostat or control cable to the PCB and make sure there are no loose or oxidized terminals.

  The boiler displays a fault code that doesn't match any actual gas, water, or draft fault.

  Cause: An internal fault in the PCB can generate erratic or repetitive fault codes even if the rest of the installation is correct.

  Cross-check the code with the manual of the model and rule out pressure issues, ignition and sensors before declaring the PCB faulty.

  The boiler shuts off by itself in the middle of operation and needs to be manually reset.

  Cause: A fault in the internal management of the PCB can cause spontaneous resets without any external cause.
